Do you know what breed this chick is? And another question

This little gal is my favorite chick. She is petite and has hairy feet do any of you know what this breed is?
Also, does anyone have any advice. We are really new to chickens. We live in the city and just wondered if there was advice anyone (with experience) would give us? Tia
