I'd say no... the comb and wattle are too small. I have a Delaware that looked like that at that age. She's a girl. I think you have a girl.

I thought Delaware hens had no barring on the tails, only black. The boys have the barred tails. 'Course if it is a poorly bred or hatchery Delaware, who knows?
