Does anyone know Henry Trafford's "1,000 Egg Hen" System from the 1920's??

Yes, I found this on Hathitrust aswell. But I think, that the Trafford-Sytem ist more "special" on long-term using laying hens.

PS: This page gives more impression about his laying-hen-system.
He promotes to keep the laying hens longer than two periods (as used to that time).
His idea, was to create a good management system to keep laying performance high
and reach consequently 1000 eggs per hen after four or six periods.

Today the 500 peak can be reached after 100 weeks with a good management.
