I have noticed that young chicks often don't have the exact leg color as adults and will develop the proper leg color with age. The OP's chicks look to be about a week old and the other chicks look to be only a few days old. Blue Andalusians are supposed to have grey legs.

My guesses would be splash (or maybe blue) Andalusian and black Australorp. But they really are just guesses XD
