Does my Chickens waddle seem infected?

I was checking on my chickens and one of my buff orpingtons was hanging out close to me and being affectionate. But when she tilted her head i noticed a scab and some inflammation. I think its infected, im no vet by any means, Ive had seen infections on chickens on their eyes on youtube but this is on her wattle.

My chicken is a few months old, maybe 7 or 8. Shes laying eggs i believe, she is has access to food and water everyday, fed treats once in a while although yesterday i didnt have any scratch left so i did have to use treats mixed with food.

She is housed with two black sex links, one golden laced Wyandotte, one old English game bantom, one silver duckwing English game bantom, a silkie, and another buff orpinton.

Im sorry for poor quality photos. She wanted to peck my phone. And she wouldnt let me take a picture and hold her head still.

Her 'wattles' are fine. She has a healing peck mark on her right earlobe that looks to be healing fine.
