The dorking breeders club link just describes the color; that isn't the actual APA standard or how the bird is judged during the show.

Don't go by color alone- that is only one factor. I recommend you get the APA standard book if you're going to show or breed.

Whites are very, very, rare- I don't think there are many breeders out there. I don't have this years' breeders directory, but I would be surprised if you find too many.

If you don't get someone to send you some photographs, you could contact them to send you some photos of the birds that you will receive, or thier breeder stock. Or just email them and ask about show potential. Normally you have to buy pet quality, breeder or show stock or request it. Or try to breed for it yourself with what you have.
 
These dorkings are about 2-3 months old and I can't tell gender yet. Not the prettiest birds but they've got huge breast. I kind of like them.

When I asked for ID on this girl what I got was a dorking double laced she is a bantam and very small. She was mystery chick from McMurray

I got the Dorking roo last year with my rarest of rare mix but I lost him along with most of my flock last winter to my neighbors dog. He was a good boy

I had a silver penciled rock standard last year she doesn't look like her to me but I dont' know not real good at distinguishing diffrences
