Double Yolkers

Is it more common for pullets to have double yolks than mature chickens? Someone told me this but he has mature chickens.

Some chickens lay double yolked eggs more frequently than others. I'm pretty sure it has to do with where their organs are located, the food they eat, and how large they are. Some pullets also are known to lay them since they aren't as 'developed'. It's really no big deal whether or not the egg is single or double. They all taste delicious!
