Duck missing feathers and blood feathers look rough?

Hi I'm a newer duck owner, we had gotten two ducklings originally about two or three months ago then decided to get three more ducklings about a month ago. One of the newer ducklings is missing his feathers on his wings and his blood feathers look beat up after I got home from work today. Theyre all starting to molt into their adult feathers now. Our other two ducklings have all their feathers and I can see the blood feathers coming in don't look like his. I doubt it's normal but I also don't know, could the older ducks or his siblings have plucked at him and messed him up? We have him separate and inside now so he doesn't get maggots or anything and cleaned him up. I just want to make sure he's going to be ok and if I should be worried about anything. Thank you in advance

:welcome One or more of the other ducks have been picking on him. I would separate him with a wire so that he can see the rest of the flock.

That's what I was figuring after I was looking everything up. Anything I have to do or will he naturally heal up? And will he be alright once he gets his adult feathers to go back with them or do I have to do something specific? Thank you for the insight. I'm trying to learn as I go
