Duramycin 72-200 dosage for sebastopol goose

Unfortunately, the dog got my sebbie thru our fence - ripped off part of his beak, but even more, he also seems to have gotten ripped up a bit underneath his wing area. I have been giving him aspirin - 325 mg x 5 in one gallon of water - per vet instructions for an anti-inflammatory - however, I wanted to start him on an antibiotic - I have Duramycin 72-200 and am wondering the dosage - I can find nothing anywhere.

I'm guessing he weighs about 20 pounds. If I did the math, that would be 5 ml of duramycin
