Dust bath for chicks

I put a pan of sandy dirt in my chicks pen. They love it

Oh, they are so adorable! My 4 polish chicks are in their awkward teenage phase, and just starting to dust bathe whenever I take them outside!

I think its still to cold outside where I live to take them out. There are patches of snow and ice here and there. I can't wait to get them out though

I use a deeper pan as chicks get larger. Otherwise the "bath water will be splashed out".

I've noticed that they do let it fly all over. Crazy little girls
