Early signs of ovarian cancer?

Do these stools give me an early indication the hen is having ovarian cancer? She's not been laying and I also just found out she had some worms 2 days ago. The worms are tiny, skinny and white. She is still active, drinking, and eating a little, but she doesn't eat as much as normal. She runs for treats, greens (especially celery, green lettuce), but her stool mainly consists of grass that she ate and very little feed.

Does anybody have insight on the pictures? Same thing is happening with my hen.
