Easter Egger a Boy?!

Hi,

I have an easter egger bantam who's 11 weeks old. I was told it was a girl when I got it at 8 weeks. But right now it's making rather a lot of noise :-/

Could it be a noisy girl or a rooster? What do I look for to tell the difference?

Absent pictures, I would say to look at the comb and the tail feathers on your bird. My EE roos' combs started to get red pretty early, and their green sickle feathers became apparent at about the same time. Of course, I was in denial for quite a while after that . . .

Ok! I don't have a clear photo right now but will put one up here by the end of the day.
Although I can say that the feathers around the neck look long and thin.
