I just got 2 super fluffy cute Easter egger chicks! I was wondering if anyone had any that looked like them and have pictures of what they ended up looking like? Thanks In advance!

I have two 14 week old easter eggers. They are so small. Are all easter egger hens small?

My EE's have been around 4.5 to 5lbs, smaller than my other birds but some EE's I've seen have been rather large too, I suppose it's the type of breeds they are mixed with. I love the EE's for sure, never a dull moment around them.

They are super sweet and friendly. I'm having trouble merging them with 18 week old RIRs. They've been living in the same coop and run for 8 weeks (separate but visible)- still no luck. They are definitely going to be be my smallest hens.

I agree, ours are so friendly, none have ever been the top of the flock but always sweet as can be and the colors are just mesmerizing. We had to give ours about 2 weeks to fully integrate the teenagers with the "Big Girls", short periods of time together but mostly behind a wire fence so they could get used to each other. We tried to mingle them early in the morning after breakfast and in the evening, seemed to help keep the pecking order under control, or as much as possible, then sneak them in on the roost at night in the dark a few times too.

I've been trying supervised visitation. This morning I left them together for 2 to 3 hours. I think I'm inching closer to success!
