Easter Egger? Pullet with a red comb, or Cockerel?

This is Marvin. I have every reason to believe that she's a pullet except her comb is awfully red. Compared to Chickie (bottom pic) I am now wondering if she is maybe a he. Any thoughts? Got them from TSC and was told they were Ameraucanas so I assume they're actually Easter Eggers?

I wouldn't worry about the color of the comb too much.
I have a few hens (one is an EE) that all very very red combs, I thought they were cockerels for sure when they were younger, but now they are efficient egg layers

And yes most likely EE, unless TSC gave a specific type of Ameraucana
