Easter Egger-- Thinking Roo

I know these pictures aren't the best but the chick was being super uncooperative so this is what I have to work with at the moment.
The chick is about a month old now and originally I was thinking it was a pullet but now that it's getting older I'm sadly beginning to suspect that it's a roo.
Can anyone tell me their opinions-- I know the chicks still young but maybe someone out there can help.
