You can use boneless/skinless pieces or bone-in pieces for this recipe.

Easy Lemon Chicken

4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 8 pieces
1/2 C. flour
2 T. butter
2-4 T. olive oil
1 C. chicken broth
Juice from 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Dredge chicken in flour. Heat skillet to med-high and add olive oil, then butter. Brown chicken on both sides until golden. Lower heat to low then add chicken broth and lemon juice. Cover until juice is thickened and chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
 
That sounds so good!
I have been running out of ideas for things to do with chicken breasts.
I might have to try this out tonight as it is raining here (on & off) and probably too humid to grill.
I even have a lemon in the fridge
