Egg and poop eating

I haven't had any egg issues at all til now. 1 out of my 5 chickens is laying in the middle of the coop. Not sure who. Sometimes it's untouched but sometimes it's eaten. I heard putting an egg with mustard or hand soap in it? Where should I put it so the culprit is the one to get it. Also I have noticed one of my chickens poop turn around and pick through it. So gross. They have more than enough food so I am not sure how to solve this.

I would up your foods protein levels, those are both signs of a deficiency, your hens are trying to find more.

I have them on flock raiser because I have a couple chicks with a mama. I also give them all of my scraps. Should I make them a bowl of oatmeal?

You might want to cut out some extra stuff, if half of what they eat is extras than they are diluting the total protein, try giving them treats with higher protein like eggs, meal worms, cottage cheese, some feed cat food, tuna and different meats. It can take a few weeks before you see an improvement.

Ok. I made some oatmeal and I'll cut back on table scraps. Maybe I'll give them some yogurt tomorrow.
