Hello questions,
1) Any major changes to daily schedule or environment?
2) You wrote "in a coop", do they free range at all? I had hens laying under bushes etc. until I put wooden eggs in the boxes.
3) Coop design. Could something be getting in and stealing the eggs?

Do the hens act like they're being overmated? If a hen's overmated to the point she quits laying, there are going to be other signs. Feather loss and/or resistance to mating, things like that.

How do your hens look? Are they glossy feathered? Nice red, plump combs? What breeds are they? How large is the coop?

Oh.....are you in the States?

Yes in the states combs look good there is feather loss on some coop is 20 x 20
