Ok gals and guys
My redstars have quit laying they are young like 26-27 weeks we only have about 10hrs. Of daylight here this time of year what is yall thoughts on suplemental lighting how and when to add the light morning or night

I would just wait. It can take up to 8 weeks for extra lighting to work and by then the days will already be getting much longer. Next year start by adding the extra light in the fall, around here we start mid September. Add an extra 15 minutes light per week until you have 14-16 hours of total daylight. It will take several weeks to get to that amount of extra light, depending upon your latitude.
