Electronet fencing--pros and cons?

I raise pullets to point of lay, and I am considering switching to electronet fencing. I have used it with adult laying flocks, but I am worried that the pullets could slip through it, fly over, or get shocked to an unsafe degree.

Has anyone used it with young chickens or light breeds? Brand recommendations?

Any other recommendations for a safe, economical rotational pasture system for about 125 pullets?
