Hurt chicken, blood all over and feathers all messed up. Possibly hurt by raccoons, coyotes, or otters. What can I do at home? We have no supplies, the vet near us all doesn’t take birds and the fastest way I can get things is from Amazon or local groceries. Is there things I can get from the grocery stores that can help?

Here’s some pictures. Most of her injuries are on the back. They don’t go too deep but it’s still enough to be very visible

This is copied off another members post, I can’t remember who it’s by but here

I would make saline solution with 2 tsp of table salt to each liter of water, bring to boil and turn down to simmer in pan.

Transfer to a clean container, cool, and can be used with a spray bottle. Then use the saline and plain Neosporin ointment twice a day. Make sure that she is eating and drinking often.

We don’t have Neosporin ointment is there anything we can replace it with?

I usually use Vetericyn spray for injuries. I've also successfully treated a hen with a shallow but somewhat large bite wound by using a diluted version of my bumblefoot treatment (which uses essential oils), although I know some people prefer not to use essential oils.

Are there any puncture wounds at all? I can't tell from the pictures.
