Eye infection!

my Silkie Roo got an eye infection what I believe is from getting debris in his eye so I separated him and it has just gotten worse. Here are some pics after a couple weeks and pics from now

It’s crusted shut with what looks to be blood and he had some blood looking stuff on his feathers. What should I do for him??

Poor guy looks like his eye infection has really developed into a huge infected eye now. I would try to squeeze out the pus from around the eye. The infection could be something like mycoplasma (MG,) coryza, or E.coli, the latter for which you are going to need some strong antibiotics. Does the eye smell bad? Sulfa antibiotics or Baytril can treat coryza and E.coli. Can you see a vet? Here is a video—warning it is graphic—on how to squeeze pus out of an eye:
