FBC Marans or Partridge Wyndotte Rooster?

This rooster decided my hens needed a little company. He found his way to my flock from a neighbors yard. I have some FBC Marans hens and was wondering if he could be a FBC Marans. If he had a taller comb I would think FBC Marans but I can not tell if he has a rose comb or if his comb could have been pecked or deformed? I think He looks a little like a Partridge Wyndotte but his legs are more like a Marans color and with a little feathering?

he looks like a pretty mutt maybe an ee which tend to have combs that look like that.

I thought his head/face reminded me of an EE a bit. Ya, I suppose he is a pretty mutt. Thanks.

not a pure marans, he doesnt have the white/pink legs that a marans has although it looks like he might have leg mites or something
