Four week old chicks, can sex be determined by length of tail or wings, or can it give you some ideas of the sex of chicks?

Comb and wattles development. Wing Feather sexing has to be bred for. And tail feathers sexing is only accurate 50% of the time
Only four chicks in this hatch by broody hen, one that I can say I believe is a rooster is smaller than the other three, it is multicolored, the other three are black, so combs at this point are black but I don't see any growth at this point, the three blacks have long tail feathers and the multicolor one has hardly no tail feathers but has a yellow comb with some growth
, the black chicks grew feathers faster also. I can wait and will wait, lol, to find out just trying to learn some as I go not just hatch chicks and wait till they either crow or lay eggs.
