Feathering Out

I have 6 chicks that are a week old. 5 of them are growing beautiful wing feathers. One though has short stumpy wing feahers that don't look like the others. Should I be worried or am I just over reacting?

That one may be a cockerel (boy). They usually feather in slower than the pullets.
