Feathers coming coming off neck

I adopted an wheaten old english game bantam because she was getting severely beat up do to the other hen having chicks. Anyway, her feathers are essentially, "dissapearing" or coming off both sides of her neck and head. There is no visible blood one her neck that I could find, so I don't think they are fighting.

No rooster. And I'm not really sure if she could be molting or not. I guess she could.

Hmm. I would say molting or picking from the other girls. Keep an eye on them for a couple minutes one day and see if any look like they're bullying.
