Feeding call ducks

I found some call ducks that I'm thinking about gettig. If I can talk my DH into it.

Can I feed them the same food my chickens are eating?

We couldnt find waterfowl food in Northern Florida either. We used chik/starter/grower unmediated we got it at Tractor Supply as it was the only unmedicated feed we could find. Now they are eating layer crumbles thats what the farmer we got them from feeds. Hope this helps Micki
