I've had to combine six four month old pullets with older hens what feed should I use that they both could could eat and keep hens laying and the pullets finish growing

The pullets are old enough to eat layer feed. You can always feed the whole flock a flock raiser formula, also. Some people even use grower as a flock raiser.

It's recommend to keep the chicks on a grower/starter until they are 18 weeks. But your's are close enough so they can just eat the 16% layer ration.
