I'm envious....and inspired. I need to figure out how to get ventilation like that into my second hand coop. Good job. I don't think you will regret that ventilation at all either.

Eta: in fact I saved the pic to show hubby and/or the guy I hired to finish working on my buildings exactly what they need to do....if that is okay with you.

You may need to be able to close up or baffle that one over the window when the snow flies.
That heat lamp is very scary......how old are your chicks?
