First time poster, long time viewer

Hi everyone. My husband and I started our chicken addiction about a year ago. Our yearling flock is made up of 5 hens (Buff Orpington named Lady, ISA Brown named Libby, Black Australorp named BlackBeard, and two Rhose Island Reds (Pippi and Anne). I've used BackYard Chickens as my research go to since we lost one of our chicks within 48 hours of getting them home. Tonight with a chicken emergency I decided it was time to join the community. We just bought more chicks last weekend. Our newest additions are 4 Ameraucanas, 2 Production Blues, 2 Buff Orpingtons (allegedly), and 4 ducks. I'm sure I'll need this community even more with all our new additions!
