Florida Chicken Chick

Hey all! I have been on BYC off and on to read the threads but never really thought about signing up until now! I have a few chickens... I have 5 polish (2 are juvenile chicks and unsure of sex as of yet, 2 hens, and one roo) I also have 2 silkies (one is a hen and the other is a juvenile chick so still not sure) and 2 Polkies...silkie polish cross...they are still young but one seems to be a roo...or he looks like one haha. I have been selling polish hatching eggs online and been doing ok with that, but I would like to find maybe a better option. I am interested in learning how to build chicken coops out of pallets, how to raise the best flock I can, and really just anything I can. I am located in Jacksonville Florida. Along with the chickens we have 3 dogs. I am looking forward to making some great friends here!
