I have guns, Marie. The guns aren't terrifying- it's only the people who have them that can make them terrifying or not. They're a necessity out here in the sticks.

We have lots of guns at my place. Dad keeps saying that he’s going to teach me how to shoot. I know the basics but I’m not good at it. I have a BB gun that I shoot ant beds and the ground with. I have okay aim but I certainly need to learn how to shoot better.

Everyone should learn gun safety. I'm not the best shot either, although I had to qualify to be licensed to carry. It's good to know the basics and practice safely.

I have several changelings. They go from sweet & shy to evil puff ball on a regular cycle. Every time one of them pecks me, while I'm gathering eggs, I wonder if I'll be a wear wolf at the next full moon.
