Foot problem in a 3 week old duckling

I have a 3 week old duckling (6 of them actually) there's one that's smaller than the others and has a hard time walking. I tried splinting the legs like you do with spraddle leg but it doesn't seem to help. It is receiving brewer's yeast, not on a slippery surface, I'm cutting its food with oats. I'm doing everything right but it's not getting better. Any advice?

That looks like slipped Achilles tendons, unfortunately. This is a very difficult condition to fix. There is some information about it here, at Poultry Podiatry:

Is he swimming? My duck is having the same issue but the water seems to make it slightly easier for him, it’s like his (elbows) are working and kind of his legs but his feet aren’t

If it's a slipped tendon you need to fix it though because just exercise isn't going to solve the problem! Probably need a vet...you can find more information on threads here about slipped tendon.
