Thanks so much. I will just leave it alone. It would be ironic if it's from another chicken picking on her. She was a BIG bully when I introduced the new chicks this year. They might just be holding their own....Hard to tell if the scabs are from picking or Fowl Pox. I'd lean towards picking/injury scabs since there are some at the very back of the comb where other chickens grab combs and cause injury.
Fowl Pox is a virus spread by mosquitoes; it usually will resolve on its own over the course of a few weeks.
If you feel you must put something on the scabs, then paint them with Iodine. If it were me, I'd just leave them alone and monitor them. Also observe your flock to see if there's some picking/pecking or if you have roosters/cockerels if they are causing some damage from mating.
