oh yeah, when i get down to probably almost nothing of the pine shavings then i will clean the floor and add more. so far i have had my coop for a about a month & a 1/2 and still have almost all of it in there. i don't end up w/ poop stains on the floor because my chickens mostly poop out in the pen and in their nest boxes in the am on the shavings.
