Frizzle? Pretty sure he's a roo

This is a silver penciled Cochin bantam. About six weeks old, pretty sure roo; stands up to full grown Australorps, has a bright red comb and wattles and has had them for at least a week or more, etc. Can't wait to hear his crow; his cheeping is adorable trilling!!

His feathers started curling up at the ends about a week or so ago, but not as much as they do in pictures I find of frizzles elsewhere, so that's why I'm not sure about the frizzle part.

Hopefully the picture will show up; I'm having issues with posting pictures on BYC from my tablet. :-( If not, I guess I'm asking if the feathers can curl up late or only a little and the chick still be a frizzle.

I have two barred rock hens. They looked nothing like this as babies, plus this is DEF a bantam.

He's gonna be a looker, that's for sure.

I don't think he's frizzled. I've had a few birds that looked like that, with the bent-ish feathers, and they just outgrew them.
