From chicks to a tastey dish

I ate chicken feet once at a chinese restaurant. They weren't bad at all. A little chewy and kind of fatty tasting though, kind of like chicken skin. I would eat it again if offered, but I don't really like them much. Now stock made from the feet is another story! I occasionally butcher chickens for another lady in town in exchange for half the birds, and all of the feet and necks. Males the best stock ever!
