frozen feet? please help

My hen seemed to have frozen feet. Like frozen solid. She is still walking on them and they don't seem to bother her but are they really frozen or is something wrong with her feet? What should I do?

I cant get my pic to download. Si ill just describe it. Her feet are swollen and a little red. She can bend or move her toes but she can walk on her feet

It is possible with the weather. You just want to take the steps to prevent it. Roosts that are flat are good so they can keep them under feather, and dry bedding.
