Make room for a sponge because i'm guessing humidity might be too low in hatching.
Add a small 12v computer fan in there to rotate air it really helps out a lot with hatch rates and increases a hatch rate big time. Remove egg turner day 14 night and lay them on the side and don't touch or open unless for humidity

Also you can keep them going through winter if you can make a lightbulb go on for more hours through the night.
nvm i thought it was still air but just having a fan is crucial so yea just get another humidity/temperature sensor and your'll be fine 40-50% days 1-14 and 60-70% the rest
