"One step ahead of you," Cole called over his shoulder as he flew off in the opposite direction. His business was, in fact, finding Ivy and disposing of her before someone else did. Forget plans and gaining trust. The recently discovered and deceased human was proof that plans didn't get much anywhere.

Estelle, pleased with herself that she had thought to pick a basket of berries last night, now sat in the entryway of the cave eating said berries. She had noticed a tree full of some kind of fruit yesterday and planned on visiting it as soon as possible.

Vincent heard someone and looked up at Jahab.
"What? No, I do not really want help. I like killing humans on my own...So, you were just sitting there listening?" Vincent raised an eyebrow
