Gender?? Are they looking sickly?

Left for a week on a trip. Came back and they are huge. There face is looking white, red, and blue. The thing on there head right above the beak had grown and inch in a week. Should I be concerned?? First time turkey mom!!

Beautiful boys. The snood or noodle on a Tom's head gets really long with age and it will shrink and length depending on his mood. Just like the changing of the face colors. They are pretty remarkable.
