Looking for second opinions because there wings are a little scraggly, but I think they are both hens. They are about 4-6 days old.

What do the wings look like when the chick is standing up by itself? Like from the side where you can see both the wing and the tail? Could I get pictures like that? And it not always work. It depends on your chicks and how fast their feathers grow.
 
This method only applies to sex links and should be done within a day of them hatching. I dont think this will work :(

Well, I agree that with some it works and with some it doesn't, but so far I've wing sexed all my chicks except my silkies using this method and most of the time if been right. (Although I should say that I don't know what the term "sex links" mean)

For example I could tell with my 5 bantam brahmas at 11 days old and ended up being right with all of them. (Their wings grew slower, but the difference between male and female was noticeable).
