Gender? Mixed chicks Americana / Olive egger

Hello!

These are the first two chicks I have ever hatched. I am so excited about them...but a little nervous they are both (or at least the older one) is a Roo.

The larger darker is 5 weeks old - its mom is an Americana and the dad is an Olive egger. I also have pictures of this ones wings when it was a day old...but I think that doesn't work for this breed right?

The smaller lighter one is 3 weeks old - its mom is .... well I was told she was going to be an olive egger but she turned out to be a strawberry blonde color and lays large light brown eggs. The dad is the same Olive egger.

Hi! I'm afraid your 5 week old is a cockerel. The bright red comb at that age is the telltale sign. I am unsure if the second, smaller chick.

5 week old is a cockerel. 3 week old is still too early.
