Getting Peacocks

I want to get two baby boy peacocks, but i do not know what to feed them, if i should let them wander around with my dog out, and i worry about them fighting. I also do have chicken feed and read online that i could feed them that but i don't know if i should feed them chicken feed for their whole lives. Thanks!

Welcome! Read up on the care of peafowl FIRST, before committing to them. This isn't the best thread, try the peafowl section, or better yet, books. They aren't chickens! Mary

I am aware of the responsibility of owning animals, I have chickens so I think I can take care of a peacock. I have read lots of things about them and I know how to take care of them beside such those few things. I am new to to this website and want to keep everything postitive! Thank You

I've tried searching things up on youtube and other places but they didn't have the answers for some of them, the other questions I have only found little details about but, and wanted other opinions just to be safe. I am sorry for my questions, i will try to dig deeper for more information. I am very sorry.
