My chicken, Coco, a Polish, just now have lay an egg. I took it, still warm, I candle it. Doesn’t look like having any air sac there, and weird figures in it. Are those normal? Is this okay to incubate? Should I let it for a few hours out of the incubator before?

Nope, you can put it in. Sometimes air sacks are hard to see but when you candle them in a week, it'll show up. The rest is just the shell, it's not really in the egg.

I would wait though to put them all in at the same time if you're doing more from this hen. You can leave it in an egg carton pointy side down on your kitchen counter or wherever.
