Hi,this is quite a gentic-like topic about goose colors,I want to get some birds like this

So mainly a dark headed-necked goose with a white under body,I would like themto be something like a saddleback but not quite.
so I have some blue shetland geese and some huge production toulouse that should come on May 15th.So Can I get those geese from this two breeds ? And What crosses I have to make.
