Goose eggs lockdown

I am on day 20 of incubating my toulouse goose eggs. some may be Toulouse /Chinese mixes. Lock down starts on day 26? or 27? Gumidity I've been keeping 45-55% during lockdown how high do I raise it? I don't want to drown them if I raise it too much?

Good!! 7/8 hatched. They are 3 weeks now. They didn't start hatching until I think day 30.
