Say Granny you do realize you can pop/peel the fudge and carmel "pucks" out of the tins , Just make sure they are good and cold first then set in hot water for about a minute. They should pop right out.

good, TIRED but good.

Idaho guy called today , they are leaving in the am for here , will spend the night and then take off Sat with Spud.

The other one emailed and expect to be here about 10:30 am on sat and will head right back, They are bringing their 6 ? year old grandson. SO might be later depending on "stops"

Evidently the pups found some dead dill weed plants in the garden and now they both smell like PICKLES

I was thinking about trying to grow some dill and making some pickles this yr. Im a little intimated by it though

well the sun hasn't been out since Sat.

But I will try. Tomorrow

Its pretty easy. We canned our own pickles this year. They tasted real good and the plant was pretty hands off. It really took off on its own. Canning was easy, too.

Im sure I would love them but standing in the torture chamber for a long time and only me doing it might be too much.
