Ooh, are we swapping bad parent stories?

My dad fell asleep while holding me once, when I was 1.5 days old. He dropped me and I got stuck between the bed and the nightstand. My screaming was what woke him up apparently.

Eleanor likes to say that was the day I lost what little common sense I was born with.

I don't like it when she's right.
