Growth on 11wk old neck.

It has grown. Doesn't seem to affect her activity, or appetite, she is growing, it is hard, and has no fluid, I tried to drain it. Here are pics, would appreciate any input.

That could be a tumor, especially since it is firm and has grown. Some diseases such as Mareks or lymphoid leukosis can cause tumor growth in chickens in various parts of the body.
